Whenever you open 1NT you are always susceptible to the opponents doubling you for penalties. This is especially true if you play a weak NT (12-14) as a lot of ACOL players so. In this video we look ‘Exit Transfers’ as a way to escape when you find your side doubled in 1NT, dealing with each of the three different hand types that the responder needs to be able to show.
